Complete Installation
From positioning the tank to introducing the first inhabitants, our installation service handles everything. The process includes tank placement, cabinet or stand assembly, filtration system integration, lighting configuration, substrate and hardscape arrangement, water conditioning, and cycling before livestock introduction.
Monthly Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for long-term success. Our technicians perform comprehensive water testing, partial water changes, filter media inspection and replacement, glass cleaning, equipment checks, and livestock health assessment. We document each visit and alert you to any concerns before they become problems. Maintenance frequency can be adjusted based on your system requirements.
Emergency Response
Equipment failures, water quality crashes, and disease outbreaks require immediate attention. Our emergency service provides rapid response for critical situations. We assess the problem remotely where possible and dispatch a technician when on-site intervention is needed. Emergency clients with active maintenance contracts receive priority scheduling.
